"Devouring Grassfire!" Shen Fei roared.
The Flame Owl's body shrank and returned to its original size. It then opened its mouth and set the surrounding grass aflame. On top of that, it even tried to bite at Xia'er.
Xia'er quickly dodged its bite and the flames that tried to reach for him, but the Flame Owl predicted this and, with a swish of its tail, sent an enormous boulder at where he dodged to. The boulder crashed into Xia'er and everyone heard a sickening snap. The young master's body was covered in wounds and blood. It looked like he almost died.
Shen Fei did not care. He continued to command the Flame Owl to attack.
Although his Flame Owl was powerful, Xia'er had mastered the laws of the earth attribute, so Shen Fei's Flame Owl was clearly at a disadvantage.
"Flame Owl, Devour!"
