In Burundi, Alex and Yanka woke up and went for breakfast. Yanka was all better now and they talked about the plan that they have to do. They made calls in between and asked people to start work from today. Soon, they met with three ladies, who are newly hired employees by Yanka. They looked beautiful. They are mostly colored ladies but one was not so much and she was very beautiful with a great smile on her face. She was skinny and tough. The two others were very beautiful and colored one was just like Yanka and another one was very voluptuous.
"Alex, this is Samira and this is Femke.", Yanka introduced pointing at them.
"Oh. Hello, I am Alex.", Alex greeted them.
"Hello, we heard a lot about you.", they replied and smiled.
They chatted for a while and eat some food. There was so much to talk but it was not the right time to talk all day.
"Enough talking, let's get to the work. We have a lot to work on.", Yanka said and instructed them on their work which was to start the work all work at the same time Alex also told them his plan for today. He wanted to lay down the pipes and wanted to install a garbage treatment plan. He wanted serious people in the garbage section though. Alex contacted the president and he provided a suitable location for the plant to establish and asked his people to arrange for the workers to be sent there. Alex also talked about the water supply project and the president easily agreed that too. Alex was satisfied and went away saying farewell to Yanka and others.
Alex went to a contracting company that can work on the pipeline and told them about his plan. He paid half of the money upfront and asked them to use all the machines as well as hire as many people as they want. He specially instructed them to use more manpower but not delay in any way the progress of their work. After that Alex went to the place where he was allocated to establish a plant for his garbage management plant. He walked into the plant and saw many people waiting for him. He went to a higher place and looked toward them.
"Hello, my name is Alex. I want to make this town very clean and tidy. I want you guys to bring every garbage from the city here and we are going to process it. I don't care how difficult for you to get the garbage here, I want it here. I don't want to bring it carrying yourself though. I will give money to buy a vehicle, equipment, and machine. You can work with them. I want you to put on protective equipment too. I don't want you to get sick and complain afterward. Do you agree with my plan? If you agree then you should choose some leader and send them inside to talk with me after I finished the work here. I will give you one hour to decide. If you don't want to work, you can go home too. There is no pressure, is that ok?", Alex gave his speech.
There was a commotion among the people who started to talk to each other but no one was talking with him at this time.
"Alright. Since you guys want to talk. Discussed among yourself in an orderly manner. Don't come inside at this time. I will come back after one hour.", Alex said and walked inside the plant. The plant was very dirty and old itself. He first inspected every nook and cranny. After that, he took out his earth shaper and water manipulator to clean the place as well as shape the plant to make it suitable for the project. After getting satisfied with all the things, Alex took out his machine from the SPACE and secure it in the middle of the building. The machine had a big input section at the top and all the output was connected to rooms. On one side, there was a large water tank that was used for cleaning. He connected the main electricity to its power supply and started the machine. Although it looked giant, it was silent when it was working, only a low hum was coming from it. It was already an hour so he went outside to meet with the workers. He looked towards them and five people came forward. He nodded and signal them to follow him. They sat in the chair of a small meeting room.
