The road to their home was not pitched so Alex proposed the construction of the road by their total investment. The family liked the idea, so they call the authorities and talk was on the way. He suggested to the mayor that every possible access road to their home will be paid for by them for pitch road construction for free and they have to speed run the construction. A couple of days later, the mayor came up with a detailed plan. The road to their house was connected from every possible side and a total length of 50km was to be constructed and compensation was to be given to some of the families. Alex approved the idea right away and soon the construction was started by creating a new road on the opposite side. In a span of a few days, the area was flooded with all sorts of machinery and workers. It looked like most of the construction was only happening on this remote side of the town.
The mayor of the town was too happy about it, he considered him, his friend and called every once in a while. Alex did not want any problem so he asked him to make this a secret, mayor also agree to it. Mayor also told him about many problems of the cities among them, the wastage system was bad so he wanted to do something about it. Alex asked about the solution, and the mayor presented with multiple solutions but Alex liked the idea of processing the wastage and converting it into something useful. That was the most expensive option but Alex invested in it and ask the mayor to do this in the shortest amount of time. All the works are in full swing and without any big problem.
One day Anny called them and asked them to visit the bakery. The family, Alex, his mom, Cynthia, and Alisa headed towards the bakery. When they went there, the old bakery was completely changed and gave more appealing vibes. Two more floors were added to the building and nicely colored. They all approved her competency of Anny, she did a pretty good job. When Anny saw them coming, she smiled and waved at them.
"Good afternoon Anny.", Alex greeted.
"Good afternoon Alex.", she greeted.
"This is my mom and she is my sister Alisa.", he introduced.
"Ahh … yes. I am Anny.", she introduced herself to them.
"You did a fantastic job Anny.", Everyone complimented.
"Let's go see the insides.", Anny smiled and guided them inside and showed them all the things. It was too much better than the previous bakery, it was like a new leaf. All the people nodded and were satisfied with the last product. The same thing happened again. He was left alone at last, all the girls started to chat themselves, leaving him on the side. They continuously chatted about the bakery, family, and even the girl's problems.
"When are we going to re-open for business?", Alex asked.
"I think it's better to open as soon as possible.", Anny replied.
"But I want the opening day to be the grandest."
"How much grandest are we talking about?"
"Well I want as many as people and on an opening day, all will be free for everyone."
"Ahh … it can be done … but."
"How about we hire temporary or part-time staff as much as possible, stockpile the bakery items in advance as much as possible, and as well as advertise the hell about the event.", Alex proposed.
"We can do that.", Anny replied.
"One other thing, I want the price of our products as low as possible. We will double the salaries of all our previous staff too. We are not here for money, ok?", Alex ordered.
"Ahh … ok.", Anny replied.
"Anny, I want you to search for another place that is suitable for branches of this bakeries. I want you to buy them and do the same remodeling and open up branches, ok? And as of today, your salary is double. Can you do that?", Alex asked.
"Ahh .. but that salary is too much.", Anny replied.
"What are you talking about? And I don't want you to do all the work, hire managers and secretaries for the work. You just overview them only.", Alex ordered.
"Ahh … sigh … ok.", Anny replied.
"Why are you dumping the works to Anny? Do you want to tire her out?", all the girls reprimanded him.
"Well … sigh … you guys help her then.", Alex resigned.
"We will. You watch from the side.", all of the answered.
