"Xin Xin, please stop." Shen Yue yelled from behind her. She'd been out of breath while chasing her.
Li Xin paused for a moment before continuing to walk. Shen Yue took her hand in hers, and muttered under her breath, "Please listen to me." One could feel pleading in her voice.
Li Xin freed her hand from Shen Yue's grasp. "You shouldn't keep in touch with me, wasn't that what your grandmother taught you?" she remarked with an icy smile.
Shen Yue stiffened as she heard her, and a pang of guilt surged in her heart. She attempted to open her mouth to explain herself but couldn't.
"If you have nothing to say, then please stop bothering me." Li Qin turned around and walked away after saying that.
Li Qin stood under a tree in the college playground after wandering far away from Shen Yue.
"What the hell is going on? Why am I crying? I'm not a baby." She stubbornly wiped the tear away with the back of her fingers.
