Chapter 57 - Rejected

"Good morning, Qing'er." Su Anya said with a soft smile on her lips,

"Morning." The little girl responded meekly. Her voice was so faint that if you weren't watching the movement of her lips, you wouldn't know she had said anything.

"How was your sleep last night?" she questioned her younger brother, who was spreading butter on his bread.

 "Do you like your new space?" If you want to make any modifications, please let me know."

"It's fine." Su Mo was still finding it hard to accept his too-caring sister. After all, he had witnessed his parents arguing over who would be responsible for their children.

He had already accepted the fact that in this world, no one would care for you, and you should not rely on anyone. He still wanted to stick with it.
