Viktor's staff comes with so many functions. From attack magic to shape-changing, it is an all-in-one type of staff that only operates when the owner touches it.
Since he had to carry the staff all the time to ensure his safety, he made a function that turns its actual size into an earring. It was also easy to carry around so he wore it all the time instead of carrying it in his hand.
