Chapter 16 - Creation of Game

"Loki, let's end our conversation for today—I need to handle some things," I said.

"Alright, I have a lot of questions for you. Let's talk more tomorrow," Loki replied.

"Can you spare me an empty room? I need to meditate for a while."

"No problem. You can use my grandson's private room. My granddaughter Lilith will guide you to the room," said Loki.

Like before, the young lady appeared out of nowhere, but this time she spoke.

"Grandpa, little brother has arrived at the academy, and he wants an audience with you," she said.

"Before that, send our guest to my grandson's private room, and afterward, I will have an audience with him."

Lilith nodded.

"Please hold my hand," she said to me. "I will transport you to my brother's room."

I grabbed her hand, and a second later, we disappeared from the throne room into a dark and empty space. Then the young lady said her goodbyes and left, but before she left, she cast some kind of light magic in the room. My goal for coming here was not to meditate, of course, but earlier, I had peeked at my status screen and come across something. I couldn't tell anyone what I had found, so I'd asked Loki for a private room.

"Status," I had requested.

[Name: Reth Kennedy]

[Race: God]

[System Name: Fahima]

[Sleep: Ω]

[Power: ∞]

[Magic: ∞]

[Skills: ∞]

[Strength: ∞]

[Speed: ∞]

[Wealth: ∞]

[Imagination: ∞]

[Worldly Summon: ∞]

--Silvers Rayleigh, Albedo, Hermes--

[Qualification Points: 205]

The status screen was a little different than before. I clicked on the Wealth column as Fahima advised me, and another screen popped out, but this one was big and white, with diamond-shaped edges. It had four sections to choose from.

[Wealth: ∞]

[The Store Of Gods]

[Wealth Creation]

[High Technology]

[Entertainment]

Fahima, could you explain to me more about the four sections?

[First Section: The Store Of Gods Is Where The Gods Shop And You Can Find Anything Related To The Gods.]

[Second Section: Wealth Creation Is For Creating Currency—Gold, Diamonds, And So On.]

[Third Section: High Technology Is An Advanced And Sophisticated Technology Shop, And It Allows You To Buy Any Technology You Can Think Of.]

[Fourth Section: Entertainment Allows You To Create Or Buy An Entertainment Platform, Such As TVs, Games, And So On.]

The four sections were fantastic, but High Technology caught my eye, and many great ideas came to my mind. Finally, my luck had increased, and life in this world had improved.

I clicked the High Technology column. A moment later, a search engine appeared, and I heard a voice coming from inside of my head, but this voice was unlike Fahima. It had a deep machinery sound, and it said:

{Welcome To The Search Engine, Master.}

"Who are you?" I asked.

{I'm Artificial Superintelligence AI, And You're My master, So Please Use The Search Engine To Search From Low To High Tech.}

It had a little girl's voice, but it talked like a grown woman.

"Do you have a name? I asked.

{I Don't Have One Yet. Master, Would You Give Me One?

"What name should I give you?" I thought about a bunch of words in my head, but then one seemed exactly right.

"Your name should be Sage from now on," I said.

{It's A Good Name. Thank You.}

"Sage, search for computers for games and entertainment," I asked.

{Initiating Search. Please Wait For A Second.}

A moment later, it asked me a question.

{What Kind Of Gaming System Do You Want?}

"I want to create a universal game that has fantasy and adventure, wars, and much more. Does such a system exist?"

{Yes, Master, It's Called The Universal Builder. You Can Choose To Build A Game With Elements Of Any Genre You Can Think Of. Do You Want Me To Create The Game Servers In This World?}

I was utterly speechless at what Sage said. I wanted to create games on a computer, but to my shock, I could make a game for the whole world. This was a pretty exciting development.

"Yes, create the game now, but don't release it yet—I have to find a place I can call home first," I said.

{Initiating The Universal Builder.}

{Please, Choose What Kind Of Elements In The Game You Wish To Create}

A black screen with eight different types of computers poppedup, and each laptop represented another of the game's creations.

{Graphics}

{Controls}

{Players}

{Design}

{Location}

{Theme + Story}

{System Of Rules}

{Rewards}

I had never created a game before, but Sage's breakdown of the elements of creation made it easier for me to pick and choose what I wanted to develop, and each column came with instructions, for example. I could choose what kind of graphics I wanted and how realistic I wanted to make the game. This computer allowed me to create top-notch graphics with thetouch of a button.

The same went for the other functions—all I had to do was press a button, and Sage would take care of the rest.

The excitement of creating my own game overtook me, and I dived into making it.

I started with graphics. A game without visuals was a poor man's game, and it wouldn't attract people's attention.

"Sage, what is the highest graphics available?" I asked.

{The Universal Builder Allows You To Choose The Visuals Of Any Planets Of Your Choosing.}

I wasn't surprised anymore. This builder was an overpowered system.

"Am I creating a game, or a world? But what world graphics should I choose? There are too many choices."

I couldn't figure out what world visuals I should choose, so I moved on to the other, more accessible functions first.

"Sage, the location of the game should be in Erebus, and make the player's options infinite, and create multiplayer and single options," I said.

{Confirmed.}
