"You know the kingdoms guild rules Caleb, which goes for all guilds in the ashwafala kingdom."
"You can challenge anyone in any guild to a dual but they must accept you're challenge. It doesn't look like he cares about accepting your challenge so stop this bs." He said calmly.
" Besides if you two fought previously then you have already put our squad in deep trouble without notifying both guilds."
"That was before I knew he was a member of a guild. He had no guild symbol which is a requirement for all guilds and you know that. I thought he was free game."
Lee looked at Damon and saw that it was true. He then looked at vora and their entire crew and realized nun of them had their guild symbols on any of their clothing.
Most squads would at least carry flags if they chose not to wear their guilds symbol but that couldn't be seen either.
Speaking to vora about the matter he provided her with a little heads up about not having their guilds symbol on display in some way and explained to her about how not having it gives people the right to pick a unrestricted battle.
Sir hughes had briefly mentioned a few things about duals with other guilds but most of his words had escaped her ears as it was a ton of things he went over to all squad leaders before they left.
Lee explained to her how it would all work and during this time Caleb watched Damon like a hawk while taunting him.
Cali continued to try and reason with him while garren, blane and glee went over to Damon telling him he should kick's Caleb ass again.
They didn't care what happened between them earlier and Damon was the second in command and a member of their squad.
The hated the way Caleb was acting and wanted to see him get his ass whooped firsthand.
Damon wasn't afraid by any means he simply was trying to avoid it but it seemed the universe wanted different as he received a notification.

Damon became irritated seeing this.
"Shield, the hell is wrong with the system. It gives me challenges at weird times and rewards as well. I mean I beat him last time and received nothing but a recipe." Damon said.
"I told you before it's not completely using it's full programs. It'll change entirely when I leave. Until then yes I'm afraid it's going to give you things in spurts."
"It's my interference that has it this way but it'll all change soon, and how about you take a look at the recipe you received. It could be useful" He responded.
With that Damon stepped away from the guys and seer who had stayed a few feet behind Damon off to the side this entire time.
No one really questioned her or anything, their focus was elsewhere because of Caleb. They knew she was a stranger to them but also knew she wasn't a threat considering the situation they walked into.
"I accept your fight. Let's proceed." Damon confidently says with electric currents in his eyes.
Caleb smiled while taking swords from his back. One was around five foot long and eight inches wide that curved closer to the end.
while the other one was a straight thin three inch wide blade that was five and half foot long with a straight sharp tip.
"Hold it you two. If you both are going to fight then we must do this the correct way. If not both of our squads will be in serious trouble if we are found out." Lee said.
Lee then got vora involved getting her to take out her link crystal but instead she took out the disk tablet which was their communication device.
Lee looked at it with a shrug of his shoulders thinking about how neat the tech was.
"I'm assuming that works just like a link crystal correct." Spoke Lee In which vora confirmed.
He then instructed her to contact the guild the same way she used to update their guild on there location which was through messages.
After a few minutes messages were sent out by both of their devices to their guilds with specific information.
The name of both fighters and their guilds requesting permission from their guild leaders and their guild itself.
On sir hughes end he received a message stating.
[Damon blade of the hollow souls guild has been challenged by Caleb Saga of The purple puppets guild and has accepted The challenge. Requesting permission for a guild dual.]
Winner of the dual will be reported giving the guild of the winner 40 guild points.
Sir hughes looked at the message for a moment. "Hmph, didn't expect a guild dual so soon. I guess it's for the best since we are a new guild and currently have zero points.
No matter we have a full year to catch up and get into the runnings before the kingdom or multi kingdom tournament." He thought to himself.
He then pressed a few buttons and granted them permission.
Vora failed to tell garren and Tara about how the guild duals worked so they were a little confused as they were mongrels and how all of it worked was told to vora by sir hughes before they left but blane and glee caught them up to speed.
Awakened souls were taught about guild duals in school so they knew about them.
A couple more seconds past and Lee had gotten his confirmation from his guild as well.
"Ok, it's only one rule and one rule only. No killing. If someone dies by another member of a guild in a recorded dual fight then the consequences will be severe for us as a whole." Lee went over.
" We've gotten the confirmation so you two can begin." Lee said leaving from the middle of them.
Everyone darted off to the sidelines getting many positions to watch. Seer jumped high in a tree and sat on a branch. "Take him down my rival." she whispered.
Vora watched silently. She didn't want to give Damon the win from the jump because she didn't know how well Caleb was or what his powers were. So for now she would just wait and see. Lee had similar thoughts.
Everyone else on the other hand rooted for their respected member as they both positioned themselves.
Remembering how the fight began last time Damon wasted no time as he activated down pour and cloud control.
Heavy rain poured down as dark clouds appeared. The purple puppets squad seeing such a type of power up close were in awe.
Caleb seeing their reaction to Damons power made him more mad as he made the first move slicing in the air with his swords in the form of an x sending out two diagonal lines of black energy with a blue core inside them.
"His power is insane. The last time I got hit with his power I was almost immediately immobilized."
"But there was one thing that helped me." he thought as his arms and fist became engulfed in swirling electricity of purple and blue.
It condensed shaping around his fingers crafting together like glass as small pulses of energy jolted around in the inside.
He had created the gauntlets thinking back to his demonic ki was the reason he was able to overcome the cold and paralyzing frost bitten state his body was being attacked by last time.
The energy surged forward and he had finished creating the gauntlets just in time to strike twice punching the power back at Caleb which made his jaws clench with anger.
Damon didn't stop there as he static jumped behind the energy he sent back using it as a distraction and cover until Caleb hands raised making the energy pause.
The sudden pause caught Damon off guard and almost made him jump straight into it but with another punch laced with demonic ki he sent them forward again.
By this time Caleb had moved to the side and was rotating around Damon. Rushing in from the side with a slash as one of his swords became covered in the same energy.
A burst of cold winds came out as he swung freezing the rain in their circumference around a 5 meter radius.
Damon wasn't expecting something like that to occur but it changed nothing as more rain simply kept coming down. Damon spinned around Caleb's strike kneeling down low elbowing him in his lower back knocking him off balance.
Caleb stabilized himself quickly turning around while slicing backwards. Sparks flew as his sword made contact with Damons gauntlets. The strike was fast and Damon barley managed to block it.
With each swing of his sword the rain in the area would freeze before hitting the ground.
"Is that the only counter move you got. You used that twice before." Caleb spoke.
"Well you should know it well enough to stop it then." Damon responded.
"You know last time was a lucky shot. You won't get that chance again." Caleb shouted sending a barrage of slashes laced with freezing winds.
"I've been told that once before but we will see about that." Damon responded with a flurry of punches but this time instead of knocking the energy back Damon was destroying them one by one at a fast rate.
He had increased the demonic energy within the gauntlets because he felt the freezing wind that froze his rain was slowly seeping through the gauntlets each time he touched calebs energy.
