Tesgara then gave permission to Bison who then took the stand. many of them whispered amongst themselves as they could sense Bison was a strong individual even though they weren't nowhere near him. they just could tell by their experience, and they also knew instantly he was not an awakened soul.
"Mongrel, hmph, so you and your race ran from the enemy and decided to come here in hiding. no wonder the mighty Malcom the bull and you are companions. you both have a common specialty. hahahahah to hide. hahahahahhahhaha Morocho said first while laughing.
Before everything begun sir hughes had given Bison a heads up about Morocho and the type of person he was. he also told him no matter how Morocho disrespect him that he must keep his temper and mind in check. reminding him these people had the power to imprison the rest of his people and it would be nothing he could do about it and so while hearing Morochos taunts and jokes that's what was going through his head. although his fingers did tighten and pressed hard on top of the pedestal for a few seconds leaving hard indentions before he reeled himself back in.
" I understand your way of thinking Morocho, I too am not a fan of running away,but please watch this video for yourselves and see if you still feel the same way about everything you know so far." Bison said calmly.
Bison then took out a gold chain with a pendant of a lion on it and as its eyes glowed a projection was released. a while later they all were in deep thought about what they had just seen. they witnessed great power clashing and hordes of creatures by the thousands. Morocho was the only one trying not to act concerned but his silence told it all.
"hmmm, this could be more troubling than I originally thought but then again Clayton had already informed me about them but he failed to mention some of them were this powerful. no matter, I feel we can use this to our advantage for our goal. after all we've already begun our conquest for complete control." Morocho thought to himself while making a face expression acting concerned.
Bison then informed them of the creatures plan and how they work. " these creatures numbers can multiply into the thousands within 12 to 18 months and has continued to increase as their biological structure change. it appears they wanted my king in order to produce a stronger and different generation. unfortunately we have reason to believe they managed to capture him somehow which means they have or will succeed with their plans."
"these Banes, which we have named them are not the type to be content with taking over one planet or a few. we have good reason to believe they will take over as many or all worlds in this solar system." Bison said.
Around fifteen to twenty minutes passed of all of them discussing things as sir Hughes joined back in on the matter. they decided to take it seriously and thanked Bison and sir Hughes for their complete cooperation but their was one thing on Morocho mind.
"have you all forgot the law of our lands. no matter what information he's willingly given us him and his people have broken the law of our world. him and his people must be chained and imprisoned. you shouldn't have come here Mongrel. if you were in my kingdom you and your people would already be dust and bones." Morocho said in a confident and somewhat aggressive manner.
Bison eyes flashed yellow as his face muscle began to crack and vibrate. he was becoming very agitated with Morocho and was starting to lose his cool until he felt a hand on his shoulder. turning around it was sir Hughes giving him a certain look as if saying calm yourself or all of this will be for nothing.
Bison did just that as sir Hughes began talking again. "I am well aware of the law. any race that visits or comes to planet syair must gain permission through the proper contact and a vote from the high council. Morocho, these people have done nothing on purpose but try and find a way to protect their people. the way I see it is they have given us a heads up on this threat and time to prepare. imprisoning them is a shitty way to show appreciation." he said.
Tesgara and Sahara agreed with sir Hughes. "a quick vote of the imprisonment of the mongrel race for world trespassing. all In favor for their incarceration would you please raise your right hand. Morocho and Marvok were the only ones to raise their hand while octo, Tesgara and Sahara did not.
"with a three to two vote let it be known that the race called mongrels will not be imprisoned." spoke Tesgara.
"rahhhhh, Morocho screamed at the transparent monitor. this is madness, laws are laws. those people are supposed to be held in contempt and punished. if it was anyone else trying to help them in this besides Malcolm the bullshit bull then it wouldn't even have been a discussion." Morocho shouts in anger.
"I must agree with Morocho on this one. our world laws were set in place by our world leaders. we as the high council are supposed to uphold those laws." spoke Marvok.
"we are well aware,but those laws are subjective in many manners such as this one. this race has brought us great Intel and in depth of what is to come. even though their presence here took a small city away from us and many lives were lost that would be nothing compared to a surprise attack from the enemy we now know about only because of them. knowing that alone I'm sure our world leaders will understand our choice to not penalize them. however a few questions does come into mind." Tesgara says turning to Bison and sir hughes.
He asked them how many of his people were on planet syair and then the million dollar question about where would they be staying to which sir hughes answered. " I have a few things arranged near the fallen city. we will also rebuild village city but we will need your permission and help to supply hands." he said to Tesgara.
"well, we are aware of Sir Clayton's actions as well in all of this. with your explanation earlier we can charge him with abandonment of the city since he was the city head. tesgara added.
"you can't do such a thing,from what bull boy here told us earlier Clayton took more than half of the city with him. sounds like to me he saw they couldn't win and decided to save those who could be saved." Morocho chimed in secretly protecting Sir Clayton.
"I assure you that was not the case, he most definitely abandoned village city without a second thought. you all are aware of his ability. he had to see it coming." sir Hughes responded back.
"yea well that has to be proven and until then I vote that matter does not go any further until we here from him and the people he saved." Morocho said.
Hearing this sir Hughes gritted his teeth for a second as a vein bulged from his forehead but as quickly as he got pissed he cooled off just as fast.
Morocho then cast his vote and so did Marvok and octo voting three to two. it was told that matter would be settled at another time and for now sir Clayton had no charges.
"alright, now that is out the way. Malcolm you are to accept full responsibility for the mongrel race and we will grant you hands to rebuild your city but according to law you will need a city head. are you up for the job or do you have someone in mind." Octo said and asked.
sir hughes agreed to everything he could agree to which surprised all of them. sir Hughes had been offered many city head positions from many cities and he turned them all down. he was originally supposed to be in Tesgara position a great time ago but also declined being apart of the high council. they expected him to have someone he knew to become the city head and not himself.
sir Hughes found it odd Morocho would defend Clayton but quickly got back to the main reason they were there. "so with that settled paperwork must be done for Bison and his people for citizenship and I take it since Tesgara is over Ashwafala that will fall into your hands correct. yes I'll need every name child and adult to have on record and I'll do the rest." Tesgara responded.
They went over a few other things and the meeting came to an end. octo, Sahara and Marvok screens disappeared leaving only Morocho. he couldn't help but to take one last dig at sir hughes and bison before he ended his live feed.
