They all assumed it was Beebah, but who would have thought it would be their Lady?
"Hey. When did you get here? She interrogated, closing the large distance between them. They stared at her closing their distance which made them cower a bit, with her staying so close. They have never been this close to a royal figure except for their "Prince".
They all heard her heart skip a beat when she first sighted them. She was expecting anybody to be there waiting for her arrival.
They all bowed slightly as a greeting and a sign of respect. She also nodded her head in return as an acceptance of their greetings. She stared at them, silence now reigning between the five of them.
"What are we waiting for?. Let's move". She just had to say that, she felt uncomfortable standing in their midst with all this awkward silence they keep feeding her, which keeps eating her instead. She's pretty sure she stinks at these royal things, and she seems to be quite bad at choosing her words.
She walked ahead of them since it would be awkward for them and her if she stayed behind and in their midst. Neither did she feel uncomfortable walking in front of them, she just doesn't know what exactly was right, but still she thinks walking ahead still suits the situation.
She felt her heart skip a beat and she almost paused her footsteps when she realized something that she didn't remember a few seconds ago.
"IS SHE GOING TO BATHE OUTSIDE?" aside from that, are these people going to guard her till she's done? No, no, no they can't, she's pretty sure they're going to give her enough space for her to have her bath, but still, she's going to feel uncomfortable after having her bathed. It'd be very hard for her to speak with anyone, especially with Zamiel. The thought of her being waited upon till she was done bathing still doesn't feel right with her.
The blinding light helped her erase her thoughts for the main time. They were at the other side of the cave where the lake awaited her.
She expected it though but she didn't expect it to be these beautiful and magical as ever. She was welcomed by the cool and calm breeze. The aura of freedom flew past her, making her feel better than she was, just a few seconds ago.
The green grass looked fresh and a bit taller than normal grasses, they looked so healthy and fertilized since there was nobody to disturb their growth, no footsteps to press them lower than before. And they all had the same length. The trees, she could sight the from where she stood, the trees were tall, very tall they had their branches and leaves at the top, leaving their bark and stem bare and unfruitful with no leaves or any signs of twigs. And the flower petals which seem to be blowing with the wind, succumbing to the call of the serene breeze.
("Wait a minute! Where are those flowers coming from?").
Pivoting her head, she searched for the flower's direction from where she stood,
still not moving an inch from the cave's mouth. Maybe tunnel, cause it seems this cave was a tunnel in disguise.
She rotated her head right and left before catching sight of the flower garden where the flower petals came from. The floral pink flower stood rooted to the ground, swaying right and left due to the breeze impact. They seem to be taller than expected and bigger than expected. She squinted her eyebrows at the sight that played before her eyes. It was a bit deceiving from where she stood or maybe it wasn't tall after all.
She placed her shoe on the green and pointy grass, she was pretty sure it'd be great if she walked barefooted but there was enough time for her to play around. She had to have her bath and also, she need them to make it to their destination on time. If she decides to waste her time to delay time, she's just pulling herself down indirectly. She took her steps carefully so she does not step on any pretty plant which she can't see anyway. She walked forward to look for the lake wherever it was.
She walked further, totally forgetting about the men she felt uneasy about a while ago. They all stared at her movement before they also took their steps. They just stood there rooted, like a statue, not interrupting in her imaginations, whatever it was she was doing.
She felt the air around her getting colder and a bit not soothing as it felt just a few minutes ago, which means the lake was nearby. She quickened her steps, holding on to the front of her flowing free gown so as not to slip on her gown. She put more grease in her footsteps to meet the awaiting lake to welcome her. She passed by more trees that seems to organize themselves in a straight line and with adequate spacing, rather than scattered everywhere like the trees she usually sees in real life. And the forest seems cleaner than expected. There wasn't any unnecessary weed or any overgrown plants on the way. It was as if mother nature was watching over the forest.
She could already sight the blue color from where she stood. She knew it was what she was looking for and it was a distance away. Her stomach felt tingly with excitement as she stared at her reward from where she stood. A smile walked its way to her face as her excitement soared higher as she stared at it. She took her next step resuming with her steps, striding this time.
She finally did it. She made it here at last. She stared at the lake which was just a few steps away. She already made it out of the forest landing on a greenness land. It was as if she exited the forest to enter the word of civilization. It looked like the expressway but with no granite floor, it was sandy instead. She imagined the forest as those side forests by the highway which she usually sees when she traveled. But instead, she was standing at the bush side to cross the deserted
road to get to the lake down below where she stood.
Where she stood was like a hill, where she has to climb down to get to the lake. Like a beach. She placed her first step on the sandy land. She walked to the other side of the road which was a bit larger than she thought. It took maybe thirty footsteps to Cross over to where she now stood, staring down at the other land where the lake awaited.
Where she was was like a slippery slope where she has to climb down to go meet the lake. She stared at her right and her left to get any clue on getting down. Her heart beat thumped faster as
she walked towards the stairs she found. The stairs were made out of the mud. She was happier than ever as she descends the stairs to meet her reward
down there where she was. She held her dress higher to leave the muddy floor. She can't afford to stain her clothes. There was the dress she was supposed to wear today, and also she can't go back to the beginning of the cave tunnel to get herself another dress.
She made it down the molded staircase She stared at the flowing lake, it flowed only due to the impact the breeze gave. She stared at it just a few steps away. She can't believe she finally made it.
She quickly took off her shoe and threw it aside. She stretched her tired foot and tiny feet fingers to feel the Sand's cold feeling. It felt soo good. Her feet ached and it was hot as hell before she placed them on the cool sand. She took her steps slowly toward the cool water. She felt the cold sand on her feet as she placed them every second she takes her footstep.
She put her feet into the water, stretching her feet in the water while shutting her eyes to savor the feeling of being free and calm after all the traveling torture she passed through. One she hasn't experienced in her life. She made it further into the water. She stopped just almost at the tip. She didn't go farther into the lake. She stopped before she bent forward a little, holding on to the tip of her dress to pull it up.
She lifted it slower than ever, she pulled the dress higher. The dress passed through her skin to reveal every layer of her hidden skin. The dress made it past her swollen chest to her neck, then to her head before revealing her whole body.
She now stood half naked, all her body exposed except the private part of her body. She shut her eyes, feeling the cold breeze sweep across her skin. But then suddenly she opened her eyelids quickly in an alert way, before switching her head backward.
