His brows furrowed as he saw Nova.
Nova stood up and dashed to the door to find it locked. Her eyes widened with the fear of what he'd do to her now.
He angrily walked up to her and grabbed her neck.
She coughed trying to struggle, but his hand was firm on her neck.
"L..et m..e be"
She struggled with her speaking.
He raised her up still holding her neck until they were on eye levels.
Then all of a sudden, he let go of her neck to hear a thud.
He ran his fingers through his hair.
"Where's Sara?"
He asked with a threatening voice that sent shivers down her spine.
Nova wanted to explain that it wasn't her fault, but she couldn't speak, her vision was blurry.
Tears clouded her eyes. He chocked her so hard, how did he expect her to speak?
"Are you insane?"
He asked as he walked to her.
She wanted to scream and explain things, but her entire body was betraying her.
She couldn't speak. Her throat ached.
"Alright then, we'll take it the hard way"
And with that he grabbed her hair.
He opened the door and started walking.
He kept on pulling her through her hair while Nova was in pains.
At that moment, she wished for death.
He was pulling her through her hair and her scalp was hurting.
Her vision was blurry and soon she could feel something dropping from her scalp.
It was blood.
He was pulling her hair and leading her somewhere.
Until he stopped, trying her best to open her eyes, she noticed she couldn't.
'Am I now blind?'
She cursed her bitter fate.
Then she felt him pull her hair and dropped her in a place.
Her body hit hard on the surface of what he dropped her on and a loud cry escaped her lips.
She tried to raise her hands and feel her surrounding, but she was too weak to do that.
Then she felt the place move, and very soon she discovered she was in a vehicle.
But definitely not on the seat, she was in a boot.
She sighed as she cursed.

The car moved very fast. He didn't care about anything or anyone now. All he needed was an explanation.
Blood stains were on his hand, it was from her hair. The force he used in dragging her with her hair made some of her hair pull which spilled blood.
But he didn't care.
He didn't even hold his brake as he kept on driving. And he made up his and he made up his mind, if he didn't get a reasonable explanation from her family, then there would bloodshed.

The car finally stopped.
And the boot was opened, the sudden light affected her eyes and she shrieked.
The moon was shining brightly that night, but she couldn't see.
He looked at her face. She really looked pitiful, but he wasn't buying it.
He really wanted her to thank her stars that she wasn't dead by now.
He pulled her by her hand and dragged her into the building.
The guards led him to where the family were having dinner.
They were a family of 5.
The parents, Sara, Nova and Grandpa.
But Sara was nowhere to be seen in the dining room.
Immediately Raven entered the room holding Nova fiercely, the atmosphere became tense and chocking.
"Umm, good evening in-law. We weren't expecting you"
Mr Shawn greeted nervously even though they were definitely expecting him.
"Please sit"
He continued.
Raven gave all them in the room a threatening look and they began to shake due to fear.
They had heard stories of powerful Ceo's that crossed his part but all died in mysterious ways that looked like suicide. Definitely, they didn't want to die.
"Where is my Sara?"
He asked in an authoritative tone that made them restless.
"In her room. Come let me take you there"
Mrs Shawn said as she played with her fingers nervously.
"Then do that"
He said without mincing his words.
The woman got up and started leading him somewhere with him following behind.
"Nova, are you alright?"
Grandpa asked seeing Nova standing in one spot with dead eyes.
She opened her mouth to speak but nothing came out, then she fell to the floor unconscious.
Her father quickly ran to her and picked her up, then carried her to her room.

Raven was getting annoyed.
Until the woman got to a door and pushed it opened to see Sara naked on the bed with red boils all over her body.
He didn't feel repulsed by the sight, instead he walked up to her.
She was asleep.
"This is what happened. Weeks ago, she woke up with this. And till today, she can't put on clothes. There was no way for her to attend the wedding. I mean to be your bride"
Mrs Shawn quickly corrected herself.
"So, we've invited doctors from all over to treat her. They all failed. Until we invited a certain Dr. Mr Gabby. He promised to treat her within two weeks, but the wedding was in four days time. There was no way, and it would have been a huge scandal if we didn't step in by letting Nova her junior sister take the place of the bride. But it'll last for just two weeks.
After that, you and Nova would sign a divorce paper and you.."
"Why wasn't I informed about all this?"
Raven interrupted her still looking at Sara.
Mrs Shawn quickly put her head down because she didn't know what to say anymore.
Without saying another word, he walked out of the room.
