Daisy had a song for each stage of her life and this time, she was mesmerized by the Eagles band from the '70s for the song named The Hotel California – What a nice surprise! Mr Felix had talked with the concerned person and shared his contact with Daisy. Late evening, Robert called Daisy and discussed how Mr Felix had mentioned her and what she was looking for. Daisy explained how she had previously worked at a corporate firm, and now she was looking forward to making a career change. Robert was the owner of his company in Bucharest and asked her if she could visit his company and get to see what he does. Daisy explained to Robert, that she was in Sighisoara and it would be only possible to meet him in Bucharest, once she had returned to Pitești. Robert agreed and asked her further to let him know once she was there, and their interaction continued to understand each other better. Daisy found that conversation was something like a marvel, she felt excited about it – to have a change of career pathway from Safety to Business Development sounded enticing to Daisy, as it only took her one step closer to her dream of becoming a world leader.
Mr Felix always found this dream of Daisy very amusing, as he had never come across such a person in his life, who could even dream of becoming a world leader. Mr Felix was willing to support Daisy to achieve her dream and make it come true one day. The very next morning, Daisy and Aunt Bettina's daughter – Victoria travelled to Pitești, where she could stay at Aunt Celia's house for a while until she met Robert in Bucharest. Daisy could not go to her own house, as people would be waiting to get their lost money back. A lot of visitors daily checked Daisy's house to see if George had returned or not - however, Daisy choose to stay safe by staying at Aunt Celia's place for a while. Aunt Celia and Danielle were sisters, and hence Aunt Celia was like a second mother to Daisy, after Danielle was taken to prison after George. Aunt Celia had lost her faith. Seeing Daisy didn't help it either, she just could not hold herself and she was scattered in pieces. Daisy asked Aunt Celia to stop crying and assured her aunt, that she will get back her mother out of prison very soon.
This wasn't the only problem; Daisy had a sanctioned loan from a bank for George's commercial ship that cost her to pay an EMI worth 12000 RON every month. How in world could Daisy pay each month without a job? Daisy considered the current circumstances and thought to herself, "I need to get this job, anyhow I have lost my savings along with my brother's Ducati bike to that bloody client of George - I cannot let that happen again, no matter what - I need to find a job somehow." Daisy called Mr Felix, telling him that she had arrived in Pitești and asked when they could meet to finally arrange an in-person meeting with Mr Robert for interaction, if things could work out – Daisy would be hired. Daisy met Mr Felix, and the day of the visit to Bucharest was finalised for meeting Robert. Daisy set her sails, with her spirits too high and went to Bucharest. Daisy immediately called Razvan, the moment she reached Bucharest. She felt it would be good to have someone nearby, until the time of the interview. Razvan was particular about Daisy, he wanted her to get the job so that she could live on with her life and not be dependent on anyone, even at her grandfather's place.
Razvan drove Daisy to the Olympia Tower, and then he waited outside, for Daisy to complete her interview cum interaction with Robert. The discussion went on for; one and half hours and Razvan was bored, waiting for Daisy. Suddenly, Razvan's eyes lit up, when he saw Daisy and asked, "that interview was too long, how did it go?" Daisy replied, "it went well, I am expecting an offer letter soon enough" Razvan was happy to hear it, although he was one of George's clients who was also demanding his money back, with humanity in his heart, he was also helping Daisy to get out of this situation. Daisy and Razvan had become close friends, and Daisy felt that he was being a backbone to her in her tough times, which Daisy appreciated secretly and trusted him. Razvan dropped Daisy to Pitești, all the way in his car. After reaching home, Victoria and Aunt Celia were waiting eagerly for Daisy and started asking her about the interview, curious to know – what she could bring to the table. A few days went by, and Daisy did not hear anything from Robert or his team. She had started having second thoughts, about whether she will get the job or not.
Meanwhile, Denise was preparing his documents to get his daughter, Rebecca out of prison. Denise was one of her brothers-in-law to Danielle, but he was not intending to get Danielle out of prison, despite knowing that George was still in prison and her kids were without their parents. Denise was seeking an act of revenge on Danielle because his daughter was in the prison. However, Danielle had nothing to do with it, yet she was being punished -over the top Rebecca had started blaming Danielle, that her career was spoiled even before it had jump-started. She started yelling over Danielle in prison. Denise was in Pitești for the documentation work to get Rebecca bailed out. He continuously kept calling Daisy to ask for money or spending her time with him at the Police Station. Daisy did not receive any of his calls until she had to – because her uncle Denise was the only key to understanding the bailing process which in turn would help her; get Danielle bailed out from the prison.
Aunt Celia never liked George, Denise or anyone from his family; and the reason for Daisy and Danielle getting into troubled waters. Denise suddenly showed up at Aunt Celia's place, and as a guest Daisy could not do anything but serve him. Denise visited Bucharest the next day and got Rebecca bailed out by paying 400,000 RON to the advocate. Denise was not convinced that he had to spend so much money to just to get Rebecca out of jail. Once, Rebecca was out, he further filed an appeal to advocate for bailing Danielle. Denise explained the required documents that Daisy would need to get Danielle out of prison. Daisy was not convinced and did not trust Denise and asked for the advocate's contact number. The advocate explained to her, and immediately after the call, she talked with her grandfather, that to get Danielle out of prison, his certain property documents and 100,000 RON would be required. Daisy's grandfather was old, weak and could not travel long distances due to several internal surgeries. Daisy was stepping into the world of legal, where she did not even know a thing, yet Daisy never failed to keep a smile on her face, even when both of her parents were in the prison. She was frightened, but she showed a composed outlook on the world as if nothing was wrong. Neither did Mr Felix have a clue of what was happening in Daisy's world. Daisy was strong yet sensitive at the time. She could not let her faith lose, otherwise, she would lose the game of life to life – even before it started, she was already in for giving a tough fight against destiny.
The day of Danielle came, when she would be breathing outside the prison where she had been since her birthday. Daisy's grandfather had arrived the previous night at Aunt Celia's place. Both, Daisy and her Grandfather drove to Bucharest, where both George and Danielle were prisoned. Daisy and Grandfather, both waited for the advocate to come and give them direction, as they knew nothing, about how to get a person bailed out. In some time, Denise and Rebecca showed up, who had come to deposit their documents before the govt. to ensure that she did not leave the country before the case was dismissed. Rebecca and Denise did not even speak words to Daisy or her grandfather even if they were a family. The wreck of money had destroyed all that came on its way just like a Tsunami - friends, family, close relatives and even spouses. Meanwhile, the advocate had arrived, Grandfather made the payment of 100,000 RON to the advocate and produced the required property documents to get his daughter Danielle bailed out of prison. Immediately, the advocate told Daisy to wait for him for some time, while he guided Denise to show, them where he was supposed to submit his documents to govt. Daisy felt something was wrong, as she observed them go together, yet it was not her concern at that time, however, getting her mother Danielle out of prison was one.
Meanwhile, this was where, through Denise - Daisy met Advocate's Best friend, Philips. This helped Daisy to understand – how this advocate that Denise recommended - actually worked, the entire day had gone by, and the advocate was still inside the court, defending the guilty. After 3 hours of the court session, the final verdict had arrived - the advocate came and announced in the corridor, that Danielle can be released from jail. Daisy and Grandfather were very happy to hear this news.
The advocate guided Daisy with further procedures, and how she would visit the prison and get her mother out of jail. Grandfather and Daisy visited, the prison in Bucharest and went ahead with documents and proceedings, only to wait for the day to get over. It was evening and both had eaten nothing but drank only water since morning. They had sacrificed everything they could just to get Daisy's mother or Grandfather's daughter to come out and see a smile on her face; to let her breathe fresh air again in this lively-lovely world. After hours of waiting, Danielle walked out of prison, wearing the same orange dress that she had worn, when police had handcuffed her in Sighisoara. Daisy walked on to her mother recording the video footage – to remember such bad times and how it creates gems. Daisy had conquered her second battle of releasing Danielle out of prison. Grandfather, Danielle, and Daisy drove back to Pitești, where Aunt Celia was waiting to see Danielle.
Happiness was being showered by the almighty and everyone was glad to have Danielle back. Danielle was explaining her experience in prison, how Rebecca had tortured her, how she met other female prisoners in jail, and how everything had to be on schedule- where everything was served to you except the freedom of living – all because of money that she did not handle or transfer. In this materialistic world, people tend to trade money for anything, love, family, power, fame and they do it – without being concerned about the emotional turmoil it creates for the concerned person. With more of this, people do not trust other people anymore or help each other out of humanity. With this, Daisy shut off her doors to every person she knew, as everyone she thought would help her in her tough times, stabbed on her back brutally…her soul was badly injured and made it even more difficult to take it all in. She was engulfing it without understanding why it was thrown at her. However, she decided & persisted to walk anyhow-with only one step at a time!
