It had been four years since my parents death, I remember the day like yesterday, we were sitted by the mugumo tree enjoying the quite day when suddenly I heard screams, we rushed back home, in the attempt my mum twisted her ankle and couldn't run no more, my dad went back to pick her and told us to go o, when we got home, I ran back to help my dad, when I got there i saw them both lying on the ground covered in blood, they couldn't open their eyes, I screamed for help but noone was around I ran back to get help and found our house on fire, my siblings had been saved by my relatives I just didn't know which, the entire village was turned to smoke, we didn't know who had done that and why. There were dead bodies lying everywhere some half burnt others half cut,in the evening the chief ordered for all the bodies to be put together for the last goodbyes, I watched my parents bodies being incinerated and the Ash given to me, everyone in the village kept saying they saw my siblings go with an uncle of mine but didn't look closer to know which though they say he resembled my late father.
After four months my uncle and aunt from Johannesburg came and adopted and became my Foster family, life with them was not that much as good since I did all house chores and since my heart had a big gap in it, I tried escaping six times but got caught every time I did it.
You are probably wondering who I am, my names are Jack Opindo from Kenya, I am 26 years old. One day while working I saw the post vehicle pass and an idea to escape popped in my mind I knew it was time I did something I pretended to go pick the letter the jumped in the vehicle luckily the keys were still in the ignition, I changed the gear and drove off, I dumped the vehicle in the City centre and went to the immigration office, i told them I had been kidnapped and brought here unwillingly, my documents were cleared and I was returned to my country.
My main aim was to get my siblings and seek revenge and would stop at nothing, as I was straying around nairobi Town I happened to see someone who resembeled my sister Nanny, I followed her and stopped , as soon as she turned.
