Hello DarkLegion Here
So before there's confusion, yes there is a difference between an items moniker and their grade.
An Items Moniker refers to how well its crafted so it affects durability.
The list goes like this.(From bad to good)

Good: From 101 to 1,000 durability
Fine: From 1,001 to 10,000 durability
Perfect: From 10,001 to 100,000 durability
Flawless: From 100,001 to 1,000,000 durability
Godly: Infinite Durability, Can not break.(Some may be able to be broken due to special circumstances)
An Items Grade however effected by the materials used in the crafted of said item. Its grade affects stats and skills granted by said item.
The list goes like this.(From bad to good)
Common: Max stat increase is +10, Does not grant skills.
Uncommon: Max stat increase is +50, Grants 1 low-tier skill.
Rare: Max stat increase is +100, Grants 1 low-tier skill and 1 intermediate-tier skill.
