Turning around, Sapphire felt her body about to fall from something high causing her to open her eyes widely.
She looked down but it wasn't a height at all. Her eyes landed at the top of the bed. Wondering where she was lying on, she touched it and her hands landed on a very firm build causing her to stand up very fast.
Looking at him, she felt so apologetic that she had used him as her bed.. Looking at his face, she saw his eyes wide open with a small smile on his beautiful face that made his morning look so outstanding.
Not thinking about his look, her hand went towards her hair and she could feel how scattered it was... she was sure it looked like a bird nest.
"Good morning sweet pea." He said while rising up from the bed, his eyes never leaving hers.
"Good morning milord, what can I get for you??" She said while giving her best smile.
"Oh I won't want to stress my pet.. it's still early in the morning, you can go back to sleep. I have to meet with my mate." He said and immediately rapped himself in his robe.
"Bye..." He said and puff... he was gone.

In the next room.
Janina was already awake, she had dressed up in her normal clothing and began brushing her hair when she heard a knock at the door.
Remembering what Rahl said, she kept quiet for a long time until she stopped hearing the knock at the door and she heard footsteps.
"A lesson you've learnt there." She heard Rahl's voice causing her to turn towards her bed.
"You are here." Janina commented with a smile.
"Did you miss me??" he asked
"No" Janina replied immediately.
Looking towards the window, she could see the sunlight peaking from the side of the window that wasn't covered by curtains.
Walking forward, she dragged the curtains, giving a clear view of the bright sunlight. It looked like everyone had woken up long time ago.
In shock, she looked towards Rahl with a questioning gaze.
"We hardly sleep here... they are night creatures and besides there is an event going on here today." He said before walking inside the bathroom.
An event.... she thought
Going towards the door, she pressed her eyes on the door.
"What is the event for??" she asked still placing her ear on the door.
The sound of running water was all she could get. For some seconds she didn't get any reply, slowly she removed her ear from the door and began walking towards the bed.
"A feast... it's nothing much, just to strengthen the bond we share with our allies from other kingdoms."
She heard him say.
Hmmm.... she hummed to herself.
"The door is open!!" she said when she heard a knock on the door.
Three maids rushed in... The first maid had a huge box in her hands... the other two held a red dress with gold sequins....
"My lady!!" they chorused with a bow.
"How can I help you??" Janina asked her eyes never leaving the first lady that walked in.
"My Lady, we've come to dress you up for the event... our guests will soon be here." The woman said, her eyes roaming around the room.
"Have you taken your bath??" she asked, the maid continued.
"Yes..." Janina answered with uncertainty.
"The entire kingdom are attending this year feast, it's different from the other years.... The unmarried princes here could choose their mates from the crowd."
"How is it different??" Janina asked and began walking towards the dressing table following the steps of the first maid.
Looking at the woman, it seemed as though she had worked her for many years...
"In the past only the royal families attend...
She was about to continue talking but then she heard the unlocking of the door, causing her eyes to travel towards the sound.
Seeing the Prince there in a towel, they all bowed...
"Greetings.. Prince Rahl." they chorused.
"Oh you are done." Janina said also turning her head to the sound.
