CHAPTER 172 – Bringing it Out of Her
Listening to her confession with their ears turning sensitive, both Xavier and Raven went agape with shock.
She did not think she would blurt it out on the spur of the moment even though that was what led her on.
Just thinking about all she's said, her cheeks flushed in embarrassment. She ended up making him speechless, which was not on her agenda at all.
As though on cue, Xavier pulled her body back while peering deeply into her eyes.
"Say that again, will you?"
His lips held a faint smile that seeped with emotions, and his eyes twinkled in expectation. Raven blushed a crimson red at the thought of having to look him in the eyes and repeat those words to him.
Heaven knew she was embarrassed to the core. How could he request that?
