CHAPTER 170 - Astra's Advice

Going to get advice from Sky, Xavier made his way over to the divine tree.
Ever since that day, he chose to take things slow with her but with each passing day, it got harder.
To help himself, before he saw her it was only at breakfast or dinner.
He made it a point to evade one of the meals so he only saw her once.
"Divine tree, what am I to do? I love her," he confessed to the tree, knowing fully well that she could hear him.
"I... I do not want to rush us but I am growing impatient not having her with me. My dragon, he… He wants to come out."
He lifted his eyes, hoping for some sort of answer from the divine tree but got none.
"Come on. Could you speak to me? I want to talk to someone."
"Then speak to her."
Xavier's eyes flew open and he whipped his head up to look at the tree.
