CHAPTER 176
Having dressed and said their goodbyes, Regan and Arcacia reluctantly parted, with her leaving first under the protection and guise of her cousin Arcadia.
As much as the latter probed her for details of their romance, Arcacia tried to keep it a secret from her cousin, promising to tell her another time while reminding her of the need to return home on time.
"Aish, you are no fun to tease, sometimes," Arcadia complained. She wore a charming smile, one only her cousin got to see proudly. "Be good and stay out of trouble for now. I would handle any other thing for you."
Arcacia's eyes went wide. She was happy she had someone to rely on with whom she could show her true self.
"Thank you so much, Cadia. I could hug you right now."
"You cannot. We are outside," Arcadia immediately protested and blocked her chest. When Arcacia became emotional, she could squash her with a bear hug.
