"Fine!" Anderson relented and his shoulders dropped. He did not even look angry anymore. Now, he was a docile kid who did not want to be separated from Axel. He would rather stand in front of a moving truck than go back home!
"Now that you mentioned grandfather… that old man has been disturbing my head since this morning. I blocked him but he still texted me on my phone. I had no idea that the mind link could still be working even though we are so far away."
Axel held his head in his hand and exhaled. His grandfather had also called him but he refused to answer. He did not need a magician to tell him that for whatever reason his grandfather had called him, it had something to do with him going out of control last night.
"What did he say?" Axel asked. He knew he was going to regret asking but he still did. Anderson borough out his phone and showed Axel the text exchange between him and his grandfather.
Grandfather: 'Where are you, Anderson?!'
Andy: 'I am with Axel, don't worry'.
