Smoke settled and families and friends were reunited as everyone met in the heart of the south region. Everyone was still wary when they finally reached the place as they feared the enemies that were hiding would suddenly come out and attack them. But, they waited for more than a day and the enemies seemed to disappear. If it wasn't for the corpses of the enemies that they left along the way, they would think that everything that happened was just a dream. However, their loss of loved ones made them all recall that all of it was real.
"I can't believe it!" Su Ningning muttered as she sat on the porch while gazing at the empty land before her with the vast blue sky above. She felt like everything that happened was a nightmare. But looking at the people around her who were crying burning the clothes and other things of their loved ones who were killed due to this war, she knows that all of it was not just her mere imagination.
