"You promised to fill me in on the way."
It seemed he had forgotten and so I had to remind him. He was in front, walking so confidently like he had it all figured out. Need I remind him he wasn't so powerful anymore and should be behind me in times like this because he was walking straight to the war front?
"I said I would, I didn't promise." He answered me.
Like what??
I got in front of him and saw him shut his eyes and shake his head like one who was frustrated.
"Annie..what–do–you–want?" He asked me with raised brows.
"Either you let me in on the plan or I am getting out of here," I told him.
"You wouldn't dare." He told me sternly.
"The balls you have," I told him.
"Watch me," I said, about zapping out of there.
He sighed.
"Don't be stupid. I can't answer that here." He told me.
"Oh yeah? For all I know, you could be her shapeshifting again." I told him.
