A servant pushed the food cart into the dining room and served the drinks for the king and Queen of Eyeris. 

They ate in silence as usual. Even when the two children were present, the dining hall stayed quiet, and only the clang of the utensils could be heard.

Queen Ercel finished eating, wiping her mouth with the table napkin. The servant filled the glass of wine with enough and proceeded to do the same with the king. 

The Queen took a sip, maintaining her posture. 

The servant finished serving the drinks, leaving the dining hall afterwards. 

Queen Ercel put pressure on the glass she slammed it on the table.

"You always tolerate your daughter," she expressed. "It's why she's confident to make a stand and disobey the rules."
