Prince Hinrik stared at the orange hue from the mountains. The chilly wind had him inhaling the cold, salty aroma in the surrounding.

"We're set to sail, your highness," the servant called out to Hinrik. He looked back at the majestic palace. The king and queen didn't show up but sent their gifts and well wishes to his father early morning after learning that Prince Hinrik would leave to return to Bezmun.

The news about his father's health worsening came to him before the sun could fully rise the next day.

Hinrik didn't want to be away longer than necessary while his father was suffering. 

"Do not worry about your old man and enjoy the festivities," the king had bid Hinrik farewell before he left for Zalea.
