Several passing boats arrived at the dock of Zalea. The king and queen saw to it that every monarch that came was given a good welcome.
Each was led to their respective rooms as it was too early for the grand celebration. Ysabel admired the view, keeping to herself her squeals of excitement.
On the one hand, Reis was the exact opposite. The former palace maid exclaimed her amazement so loudly Ysabel was glad that at least one of them was enjoying the scenery.
Gwendolyn came with them, but since he and Ysabel hadn't spoken to each other, he stayed a reasonable distance away from Ysabel.
The young monarchs on board could see the kingdom sparkling from afar.
"The water is so clear; even the air smells so clean. This place is paradise."
Ysabel chuckled.
