Eventually, Ray begrudgingly returns to the false world, and after a number of attempts, he and his other selves are feeling even more helpless.
It isn't easy to pry apart yourself and find whatever flaw you are supposed to find by yourself. And that is the conundrum they've found themselves in for weeks.
After every reset, they purchase a whiteboard and quickly write what was there the last time. Right now, Boreas is exhaustedly pouring himself another drink, while Kaine continues to stare at the board.
Ray is waiting at the edge of the couch, holding his head. Ever since he left wherever the Father's bar is after resting there for a bit, he has been having piercing headaches that sporadically come on.
"There must be something we missed..." Kaine mumbles.
"The point?" Aster retorts. He's currently lying on the couch pinching his nose, "If anyone has something obvious to say, now's apparently the time!"
