Screams of terror ring out throughout the entire kingdom as all of the civilians begin to panic. The guards inside the throne room look to their Queen with mortified expressions, waiting to be given orders.
"I..." Aliya struggles to formulate a sentence. She looks at her guards and breathes in, trying to look calm for them, "Lady Marrin must be in danger... If that is true you are most likely right. So, what do you believe we should do?"
"Well..." Ronz walks closer to the guards, "First, we should evacuate the city."
"Why?" Aliya asks, "Are we in danger?!"
"Probably," Ray says, quickly catching on to Ronz's thought process.
"What do you mean?" Brian questions.
"While Veris couldn't have known what Ray said to me, he still would have gathered that we wanted to end the war, and if that was the case, he couldn't just sit in the background and would have to take drastic action." Ronz begins.
