"How did he manage something like that?" Seirai asks.
"Well, similar to people in the Marrin Kingdom, we have powers as well, except it isn't 'magic', it is our aura or battle lust in a manner of speaking." Brian explains, "And also similar to the magic, we have special abilities unique to us or our family, depending on the person. Most of the time it is just a small boost in physical strength or speed, but for the Prince, he awakened a terrifying ability."
"He can extend his aura around him and once you are inside of it, you have lost. Effectively, using his aura, he can make an attack wherever he potentially could have without having actually to make that attack. So, if he could have cut your throat, then your throat is cut." Brian finishes.
"That's scary..." Modri murmurs, "Do you have one of these special traits?"
