Several weeks pass as the Diamond Wolves move into position, everyone walking around with anticipation, knowing a battle will soon begin. Conversations between soldiers have died down as people are terrified to miss a signal.
In the building where Asrea, Alaric, Minaric, Jibani, and Felair reside, all of them sit and stare at the floor in a deep silence. This goes on for what feels like hours until the silence breaks.
"I wish he was here…" Asrea murmurs. The group looks up in shock but quickly understands her words. For the past six months, Asrea has been extremely quiet, and after Ronz gave them insight as to why she was acting how she was, they haven't pushed the issue.
"Yeah… I may not have known him for that long, but his talent and power were undeniable. He would have been a great asset for us." Felair replies.
