Seirai and Modri guide the twins around, leading them to their house to meet Leon.
"Dad! We found people!" Modri shouts.
"Quiet down!" Leon responds as he walks up, he notices the others. "Ah. Let me introduce myself, I am the Divine Architect of Kaine, Leon Apeiro." Leon smiles.
"Are there any free buildings nearby that they could stay in?" Seirai asks.
"Hm? Yeah there should be a couple, also. I have built a small church for us. I think it would be a good place to offer any gifts we want to give Kaine." Leon says.
"A church? Is he actually a god..?" Lily asks.
"Probably." Leon responds without hesitation.
"Kaine is quite strange in the sense that he is very powerful, but I have absolutely no clue what his domain is. But, with that being said he has not only housed and protected us, he saved us twice. There is no one I'd rather call my God." Seirai says.
"D-do we have to worship him?" Effren asks.
"He has never required that from us. So not unless you want to." Modri replies.
"Hm… If he is our new lord because we live here, I would feel bad to give nothing in return…" The twins say to themselves.

'Damn… Well that won't be for awhile.' Ray sighs, 'In the meantime I should try and make a different type of potion…'
Ray spends the next several hours crafting a variety of potions, with the limited resources he has.
By the end of it, he has made 3 new types of potions from the resources. A potion to increase reaction speed, a potion to increase mana potency, and finally a potion that should cure most minor diseases and poisons.
'Hm.. I didn't make as many as I wanted, but this should be more than enough for now. I will keep the six of each one I made to give to Modri and Seirai.' Ray thinks.

Victoria wakes up, and prepares herself for school quickly. As she is about to walk out, a tall man with long red hair stops her.
"Before you leave. I received a report on your fight in the Arena. Even though you performed adequately, you were outshined, not only by a Shadowdance, but by a commoner as well. You are a Fireleaf, and if you want to keep that name, be the best." He says with a stern voice.
"Y-yes father…" Victoria says nervously, afraid to look him in the eyes.
"Good, now hurry up and leave." Victoria's father says, as Victoria leaves.
*****
She heads off to her class, earlier than most. When she enters, her sponsor is there as well.
"Hm? Miss Elyra?" Victoria says.
"Ah, you are finally here Lady Victoria. I need to talk to you." Elyra responds.
"Okay..?" Victoria says, with a confused look on her face.
They walk off into the teachers office, to have privacy for their conversation.
"Now, I try not to get into your personal life, but as you know I am trying to get your name out there, to help push you above the other nobles. But, you have been spending so much time with a Commoner. Not to mention you also had him fight Lyox!" Elyra raises her voice.
"Now, I couldn't care less who you associate with, but for your benefit, someone who is so… Unlike us, a melee fighter, a commoner with no background, you are going to lose connections. Guilds want to see nobles acting as such!" Elyra continues.
"I-i know, but he has helped me a lot! I can not turn my back against him just for some petty reason like being a noble!" Victoria replies angrily.
"DO NOT RAISE YOUR VOICE TO ME!" Elyra shouts.
Victoria flinches as Elyra says, " I have gotten you an internship with a guild. I could have gotten one with a noble background, but they have lost faith in you. So I need you to perform well here. Guilds respect commoners, but only if they have power, as well as being a part of a guild. So make sure you follow that to the letter if you want to climb past this."
"O-okay.." Victoria mumbles.
"The guild you will be interning at is the Ruby Shard. Do what the Guild master says, and you should do well if you stand out. Now go to class." Elyra gets up and leaves as Victoria heads into class.
*****
After class Victoria heads to the Ruby Shard Guild and waits patiently for the guild master.
"Ah, Lady Victoria, sorry to make you wait. It is an absolute pleasure to meet you." Grantal says.
"It is a pleasure to meet you too Mr. Rubel." Victoria shakes his hand.
"Now, I am aware you are our new intern, as such I would like to give you a chance to shine, but I need a favor." Grantal says.
"What is it?" Victoria asks.
"While I can't remember the name, two of our new recruits speak of a lord of theirs. If there is a rising noble or merchant, I want to be the first to know of it. Especially seeing as how these two are quite powerful and have amazingly strong weapons. And, from what they told me their Lord is powerful. I would get involved myself, but to do so would make me appear desperate, and I would prefer to keep up appearances." Grantal says.
"Alright, I can do that! Thank you for this opportunity." Victoria bows slightly.
"No issue, they should be here soon." Grantal replies.
After several minutes of waiting, Modri and Seirai walk into the office.
"You requested us sir?" Seirai says.
"Yes, I have been given a new intern and I would like for you to show them the ropes. Take them on a couple of quests. As well as showing them how to allocate their funds." Grantal says.
When Seirai turns to look at the intern, she recognizes Victoria immediately,
'Oh shit!'
