The aftermath of the Blood Heranite attack caused a wave of public backlash to fall onto the entirety of the Titans. Only one person was killed and that was the leader. However, that simple fact was enough to give rise to a wave of hate.
Still, every cloud had a silver lining. When Atlas and the rest put on the masks, they felt a fresh wave of power, indicating that their masks were growing closer and closer to becoming strong God Tools.
Atlas saw no rest, though. As soon as that event was over, he still had to confront Billy the Kid's subordinates soon. He had found a way to appeal to the man for a few more weeks because of the recent battle.
Luckily, Billy the Kid wasn't very narrow-minded. He allowed them the rest of two more weeks before their fight commenced.
