Matthew's voice was steady but carried an underlying tension.
"I would need to discuss with you, Your Highness," he said to Reina, walking beside her with purpose.
Reina's eyes, sharp and perceptive, met his.
"I also need to talk to you, Matthew," she replied, her tone mirroring his seriousness.
Matthew gestured courteously.
"Go ahead, My Lady."
But Reina, ever diplomatic, insisted,
"No, you go first."
"I am listening," she added, her pace slowing as the group they accompanied moved ahead, leaving them a respectful distance behind.
Matthew hesitated briefly, gathering his thoughts.
"It is about the lady, Your Highness. It seems I have seen her somewhere before. I just do not know why I feel this way."
Reina's curiosity piqued, and she slowed her steps further.
"What is it you mean?" she asked, her brow furrowing.
Matthew's eyes darted to the ground, then back to Reina.
