After taking a short shower and drying himself, Samuel made his way toward Iblis' room. She was staying in the outermost section of the mansion that directly faced the pool area. This was the only wing of the house to have its own dedicated door, which led directly to it.
He walked the dimly lit corridor and saw that her door was slightly ajar; he lightly knocked on it but didn't get any answer from inside. He opened the door slowly to see that the room didn't have the lights on.
With natural light coming through the windows, he could faintly make out someone lying on the bed. He could tell from the silhouette that it was Iblis, but she was not moving, so he called out to her.
" Iblis? Iblis, are you asleep?" He wasn't surprised because Adele told him that she just arrived in the city and was probably feeling tired due to the long flight. He just wanted to make sure, with how she enticed him, he didn't want her left hanging.
