SHARI was about to come near Frida when someone grabbed her hands—a male stranger. He wore a black face mask. She screamed, but the man covered her mouth.
"Snap out of it! Be quiet. We need to go now!" he commanded.
Four men scurried inside, and soon after, they carried Sage, still unconscious with his bleeding legs. Another just came out from their technical room and got all the necessary CCTV records.
Shari wanted to argue and fight, especially when the unsightly view of her parents came into her eyes.
"Mom! Dad!" She reached out for them, but the man hit a sensitive nerve in her neck that made her lose consciousness.
They moved swiftly and went to a four-by-four truck on standby. They took the trail used by Shari earlier. They drove at the fastest speed, notwithstanding the sirens, and when they were about ten kilometers away from the farmhouse, a chopper was waiting.
