Wendy walked to the lounge and saw a man sitting on the edge of his seat.
When Ronald heard footsteps, he stood up immediately, smiled, held out his hand and said, "Miss Swift."
"Hello." Wendy politely extended her hand and shook it with him and said, "Have a seat."
"It's been a long time since we've seen each other, Miss Swift, and I never thought we'd meet again in this way." Ronald spoke up.
"Don't call me Miss Swift. It sounds weird. My name is Wendy, so you can just call me by my first name."
"Sorry, I'll call you Mrs. Lucas then." Ronald nodded slightly to apologize, and said, "I think Mrs. Lucas knows why I'm here this time, so I'm not going to beat around the bush. Mrs. Lucas, whenever it's convenient for you, hand over your work on the MC side to me as soon as possible."
"Let's start now." Wendy stood up, took a deep breath, and then made an inviting gesture to Ronald.
