Christian sat in the backseat watching Wendy take big strides away from them without so much as a backward glance. Laughing, he said, "Look what you've done, Michael! You've chased Wendy away. I already warned you, it's fine if you want to treat me badly, but you should be nicer to her. Otherwise, she might really become my wife and your sister-in-law."
Michael was already furious. When he heard Christian provoke him, he turned around with his fist raised and threw a punch at his brother.
