Zen was not in a life-threatening condition, which was a great thing for Wendy. As long as it was not life-threatening.
Wendy quickly nodded her head and thanked the doctor.
"It is my duty, you are welcome." The doctor nodded.
Wendy turned around, looked at Michael, and said, "Do you have anything urgent that you needed to attend to? In Zen's case, I plan to stay here with her and then accompany her tomorrow for her transfer to Rheinsville City."
Michael was about to say something when his phone rang. When he looked at the caller ID, it was a call from Mrs. Lucas. Grandmother was calling at this time, supposedly to ask about Wendy's condition.
Michael picked up the phone.
On the other end was Mrs. Lucas' voice, "Michael, how is the situation there?"
"Grandmother, Wendy has been rescued and is with me now," said Michael.
"Please put Wendy on the phone," said Mrs. Lucas. She spoke with excitement and enthusiasm.
