While sending the file, Wendy said, "You had better hurry up and nail it at any cost, understand?"
Yonina trusted Wendy and believed in her capabilities, so she agreed without hesitation. "Okay, we will handle it for sure. Is there anything else I need to help with?"
She did not even ask Wendy what she should do.
"None for now," Wendy replied. "I will notify you by email as soon as possible if anything comes up."
"Okay." Yonina glanced at Michael, who had an anxious look on his face. She knew what he would like her to say. She nodded and said to Wendy, "By the way, as for Clement's affairs, it will be best if someone can help you deal with him."
Without waiting for Wendy's response, Yonina quickly added, "Michael and I will send someone to continue investigating him.
"Both you and I are behind the scenes now, but I am in Lake City, under Christian's nose.
