"Just go straight over there and someone will pick you up in front of the hospital. If you need anything, you can talk to Dr. Zimmerman directly. He's the head of the neurology department at that hospital." Zen said.
"Thank you, Zen," said Wendy. "I hope you can help me keep this a secret. I don't want anyone to know."
"Okay," Zen answered as she glanced at the man beside her.
When the call ended again, Christian said with an intrigued smile, "Neurology?"
Zen blinked and lowered her head slightly under Christian's probing gaze.
"Don't you want to tell me what's going on?" Christian stepped closer to Zen, reached out and cupped her chin to force her to meet his eyes.
In Zen's eyes, Christian saw evasiveness.
"I don't know what's going on. Didn't you hear the phone call earlier? She asked me to refer her to a doctor, and didn't say anything about what was going on," Zen swallowed hard while answering back.
