Once Wendy Stewart had signed the contract with Mr. Thompson, Jill Lynn hurried to send Wendy Stewart to the hospital as more blood vessels appeared in her eyes.
The mere sight of it shook Jill Lynn to the core.
Sitting in the driver's seat, Jill Lynn told Wendy Stewart who sat beside her, "Wendy, go on and close your eyes for a while. I'm afraid you won't be able to hold out if you keep straining your eyes like that.
"I'll first send you to the hospital to get your eyes checked on before sending you home. You've been working both day and night in the past two weeks, you really ought to rest for a few days!
"Don't worry about the company since the matter with Mr. Thompson has been settled. I can follow up the rest. As for the rest of the designs, we can take our time instead of rushing over the next few days."
Although Jill Lynn was done, she did not hear a response from Wendy Stewart.
"Wendy?" she probed.
Still, no response.
