They'd spent the rest of the night drinking and ranting. Especially Gwen who had a lower tolerance for alcohol.
It was around 1am when Diane managed to call an Uber for her friend who had an afternoon flight later in the day.
Diane lightly patted Gwen's cheeks after dropping her into the back seat. "I've set your alarm for 10am, make sure you don't miss your flight".
Gwen on the other hand seemed like she was about to pass out as her friend helped her buckle the seat belt. Could they even trust the driver not to try anything with her?
"You know your father is in charge of the police and won't let it slide if he finds out you were out drinking". She lied just wanting to bring up the name of the police as a warning to the driver.
They both lived in different directions.
She moved to speak with the driver. "Here's five dollars to help her to the front door".
