In the public restroom, because Lin Baici had burst the urinal's pipes, the floor quickly became covered in wastewater, which after mixing with dust and urine, began to reek.

Lin Baici rolled his eyes, "Don't tell me we're eating this creature?"
Even though its name contains the word 'dog', it actually belongs to a category of intelligent bipedal creatures, and is nothing like a common dog.
But these boots though, they seem quite nice.
The fight was over, and Lin Baici worried Jie Susi and others might come to pick up the remnants. With his current condition, he probably couldn't beat that Caucasian, so he quickly stood up, hastened to the gnoll's corpse, and peeled off the pair of climbing boots from its feet.
Wearing these things, he'd also master that damned King's ghostly stepping technique.
