If it was about calming the mind, Lin Baici had Mantra Buddha Resound. Whenever he felt annoyed, all he had to do was recite the scriptures. Zombie's gait was nearly useless.
As for playing dead, Lin Baici was a person with great pride in his heart. He couldn't bring himself to feign death to escape certain dangers.
The other Divine Grace, called Revival of the Living Dead, as the name suggests, allowed Lin Baici to revive a corpse, which had died within the last twelve hours, into an undead form to live once more.
This revived fellow would almost forget all memories from before their death and completely obey Lin Baici's commands, becoming his servant.
