"Today is the day we smash some behinds!" Lumen cheered as she stepped into her office with a wide smile.
She was dressed in a pair of dark green breeches with a white tunic tucked under her corset. Her orange strands were placed in two French braids with her potions' belt tied around her waist.
Aella smiled slightly at the enthusiastic nature of her friend. She knew there was no way she would have been able to get through this hard time without Lumen.
"You seem very happy for one who's going into battle." Aella scoffed as she tightened the breast plates behind her back.
She had left home very early this morning without having a wink of sleep last night. All her thoughts were centered on the possibility of reuniting with her husband this very day.
