Aella watched with trepidation as Bane stared deadly at Lord Mandeur who had asked him who he was. He hadn't answer yet but she prayed that he didn't say what she had in mind.
The last time he had been asked who he was by her mother, he didn't waste time to spill that he wss her husband which led to a huge crisis even though it later didn't turn out to be as bad as she thought it would.
But the situation with Lord Mandeur was far more grave than the one with her mother and if he said that, the entire Grand Mandeur would find out who he was and it would be terrible.
She already had too many weights on her shoulder and she wished he wouldn't add to her problems.
"My identity is not the business you have come to do," Bane answered and Aella let out a heavy breath she didn't realize she had been holding.
She was glad that he didn't reveal who he was to Lord Mandeur.
