The guardians were waiting for them to arrive so they could advise them on what to do. Lucas and the Prince went out to meet them. All the people in Havilla's Kingdom came to witness it.
The queen and the maidens were already there but the King wasn't permitted to come because of the fear he would say something and worsen the situation.
Dressed in their shirts and trousers, the Prince and Lucas we're looking so different. There wasn't a trace of royalty in them. It was the best disguise. "I see you are both prepared for the journey at hand." The guardian of nature said, smiling at them.
Lucas looked at the Prince and the Prince looked at him, then they smiled and answered, "We are ready."
"She isn't going to be that easy to convince but once you win her trust, she'd do anything you desire."
"What if she refuses to come with us? Can we bundle her up and bring her here?"
The guardians smiled. "That wouldn't be necessary." said the guardian of authority.
"I hope this doesn't take long." Lucas wished.
"It won't if you both don't get distracted. Focus on the mission. The amulet will help you find her so don't lose it." warned the guardian of health. "We will be here waiting for you till when you return."
"Lucas, go ahead and open the portal." commanded the prince.
Lucas went to the exact location he saw the portal and with full concentration, his eyes turned white and a purple-black hole began to open gradually. The prince was about to go in when his mother stopped him with tears in her eyes.
Prince Edward felt so remorseful seeing his mother cry. He hugged her and whispered sweet things into her ear. "I will be back."
"Promise me you are going to take good care of yourself."
The Prince nodded.
"I can't hold on any longer," Lucas said wincing in pain.
"I have to go now. Take good care of father and the kingdom. I love you, mother." he turned to Kim, "Take care of them. If anything goes wrong, I won't hesitate to have your head on a platter of gold."
"Your wish is my command, your highness."
The Prince looked at his kingdom and the people before entering the portal. It was time for Lucas to leave, the guardians helped him keep the portal steady till when he got in. After they had both entered the portal, it disappeared.
"Your majesty, command that the people return to their houses."
The queen did as the guardian of authority instructed.
The people started leaving the palace till it was left with the queen, the maidens, the guards, and the guardians.
"Promise me that my son and Lucas will be fine."
"There's a guardian that protects people in the other world. We can't protect them from here. They are on their own." the guardian of light explained.
The guardian of health moved close to the Queen and touched her shoulders and her strength was renewed. "You will need it," he told her before joining to meet the other guardians.
"How will you know if they are here?" she asked.
"She will call us here." they disappeared immediately.

Claudia was in her room with Phoebe, Gwen, and Chadd. She was just having a chat with them. She was sitting close to the window while watching the birds in the sky when she noticed a flash of purple light. It was so fast that she couldn't pick out what it was but the moment she saw it again, she stood up. The kids were surprised at the way she stood up that they started feeling very worried.
"Mother, is everything okay?" Phoebe asked.
Claudia turned to them with a smile. "I will be right back." she grabbed her car key and left the house.
"Do you think she is okay?" Phoebe asked Chad and Gwen.
"At a point, I thought she had gone crazy," Gwen said.
"Me too," Chad answered.
"Don't you think we should go with her?" Phoebe asked. "To make sure she's okay." She added.
"I don't think that's a good idea... Besides, she looked normal."
Phoebe wasn't buying the idea of staying put when she could tell something was wrong. If Chadd and Gwen wouldn't agree to do this, then she's going to go on her own but without them knowing. She thought of a plan to keep them both hooked up till when she gets back. After thinking she came up with the perfect plan. She whispered into Gwen's ear. Gwen was shocked but she decided it was a good thing. With Phoebe out, she could find a way to convince Chad to like her.
"Chad."
"uh?"
"Why don't we take a stroll, alone?" Gwen asked.
Chad looked at Phoebe then at Gwen, "what about Phoebe?"
Gwen was about to respond when Phoebe said, "It's fine. I can just stay home and wait for mom to come back." She secretly winked at Gwen.
Chad was inspecting Phoebe to see if she wasn't planning anything stupid but her innocent and emotionless face made Chad believe her. "You'd better be home when I get back."
"Yes sir." Phoebe saluted him with a smile.
"Let's go." Chad and Gwen left the house.
Phoebe waited till when they were out of sight before she left the house.

Claudia arrived at the place where she saw the purple light. The place was a forest filled with trees and logs laid on the floor and coming out of the forest, was a lake.
Could it be that they fell into the water? She asked herself. She waited for a few minutes, inspecting the area but she saw no one, not even a shadow. "Maybe it was all in my head."
She was about to leave when she heard something. She tried to move nearer when she saw two people rolling down and straight into the lake they went. She was surprised to see a girl and another guy inside the lake. Moving closer to them, she heard the footsteps of someone running toward them. It was another guy.
The moment the girl and the boy came out of the water, she met the shock of her life. "Phoebe?" she called.
The moment Phoebe heard her name, she turned to see her mom staring at her with confusion written all over her face.
The two guys looked at each other then their gaze diverted to Phoebe and the lady talking to her.
Phoebe froze. She knew she was in a lot of trouble. This wasn't how she planned it to be.
