With his spear in hand at the ready and his lightning orb floating in front of him giving light, he treaded forwards into the dark tunnel.
Seth slowly walked forward through the tunnel making sure he didn't make any big sudden movements to make any noise. Soon he heard footsteps coming toward him so he sent the lightning ball forward to see what was up ahead.
The lightning ball flew ahead of him and it stopped as it hovered over the 2 goblins who were trying to swat away the little lightning orb above them but they were too short to be able to reach it.
"Lightning Bolt"
Seth fired a lightning bolt toward the 2 goblins and was able to hit one causing half of the goblin's body to explode. The other goblin clearly frightened at what had just happened to his friend tried running away but Seth controlled the orb to keep up with it while Seth prepared another lightning bolt and killed the other goblin.
'Wow this is so overpowered I can just sit back and let my magic do all of the work for me until I run out of mana.' Seth treaded forward without a care in the world listening for footsteps but he had only been able to find one more group of 2 goblins ahead.
'Might as well try and get better at using my spear since it is my main weapon, I don't just want to be using magic I could always run out of mana.' He threw the lightning orb ahead again just like last time using it to distract the 2 goblins.
Instead of shooting a lightning bolt at them, he instead slowly crept up behind one of them making sure he was facing the lightning orb, and stabbed him through the head, quickly killing this short goblin. His friend had noticed this though and jumped back a few feet from Seth.
"Hm seems we have a smarter than average little gremlin here, you didn't just blindly rush at me like your other 2 friends," Seth said taunting the goblin while laughing at it.
The goblin seemed to understand that Seth was making fun of it and started making growling sounds and rushed forward to Seth almost slicing his leg if he hadn't used the shaft of the spear to block the attack. Seth flung away the dagger with the shaft of the spear and sliced forward, missing the goblin's head but slicing his arm off.
The tunnel filled with a shriek. Seth quickly cut the goblins yelling off though as he chopped its head clean off. 'Wow this thing is pretty sharp, it can go through skulls and cleanly chop off heads.'
Seth continued on traveling till he had found the other side of the tunnel and what he found at the end was kind of laughable to him. It was a group of about 10 goblins huddled up together around a campfire just sitting there. No longer needing the lightning orb he stopped feeding it mana.
He noticed that there were 5 goblins wearing quivers on their backs as well as their bows laying on the ground next to them while the other 5 had short daggers that were laying next to them. He slowly walked around the camp to the back.
*Ring Ring* *Ring Ring*
His phone suddenly started to ring, someone was trying to call him.
'Fuck why the hell did someone have to call me now.' The goblins quickly took notice of the sound that came from behind them and jumped up into action. The 5 goblins quickly grabbed their daggers and started running towards Seth.
'Shit shit shit shit'
"LIGHTNING BOLT"
A large explosion could be heard as the lightning bolt seemed as if it was double the power of the previous 3 he's used. It blew up 3 of the 5 goblins that were rushing at him but there were still 2 left who had been knocked down after the explosion. This explosion had also blown away the fire that lit up the entire room so he couldn't see anything.
*Swoosh*
An arrow flew towards Seth who was readying another lightning bolt and was hit in his right shoulder.
A loud scream could be heard reverberating throughout the whole dungeon. "Fuck you little shits are really going to die now."

Seth didn't listen to anything after that, he knew he was in a situation where he needed to pay attention to everything going on around him. He quickly got up from the ground and started running towards where he thought the nearest goblin was, trying to stab it in the head like his previous attempts but he failed and missed because of his injured shoulder. The goblin took this chance to run and stab him in the side with a dagger.
Seth quickly kicked the goblin away and almost fell to his knees from the sudden blood loss but no, he couldn't he had to keep moving. " I can't give up and die here, I have to keep living."
As he said as he was shot in the stomach, almost killing him. He could see the 2 remaining goblins that were coming close to him, they were slowly walking up to him with grins on their faces.
"Kekekekeke"
The goblins were laughing at his pitiful state.
"I... I can't breathe... I can't even see... I guess this is the end.." Whispered a young boy with yellow hair dyed red from the dried-up blood in his hair.
He lay on the cold stone floor not being able to do anything other than being in his own head thinking how pitiful of a state he was in.
'Why did the world have to turn into this hellish place.' The boy thought while finally drifting off into the abyss with this last thought.
The goblins were right next to his body, one was just about ready to cut his throat till suddenly the goblin couldn't see anything. It wasn't just this goblin who experienced this but the other 6 also experienced this, it was as if the whole place had just turned into nothing.

[Consuming dead monsters near host to regain health...]
Seth currently felt like he was floating in an infinite abyss, he couldn't move or do anything until he heard the system talking. 'God can't you just let me rest in peace.'
He wasn't really listening to what the system was saying but when he realized it he was surprised. He could consume dead monsters? Since when was he able to do that?
Soon he started to be able to open his eyes and noticed that there were 7 goblins standing around him, as soon as he saw this he jumped up and picked his spear up slicing one of the goblin's throats before jumping back. He didn't realize this at the moment but when he regained his senses he finally realized the goblins were staring off into nothingness. It was like they were dead but still alive.
'First I die, then I come back to life completely out of nowhere, now these little shits aren't even moving what in the actual fuck is going on right now.' He could barely comprehend what was going on, he looked down to where he was shot in the stomach and could see blood stains on his shirt and the rip from the arrow but when he lifted it up there wasn't a hole in him.
He was beyond confused but he was just happy to be alive. 'I better take care of these little shits before they wake up.'
He walked up to them and started cutting each of their heads off one by one and finally they were all dead.
