The room was huge and stretching into the shadows with no clear end in sight. The vibration and hum of strange machinery that happened outside resonated through the walls. Every now and then, red indicator lights flickered on some of the crates. They whispered among themselves about what these boxes might contain. It could contain supplies for Laston's forces, experimental technology, or perhaps even weapons too advanced for them to understand.
