The battlefield filled with more tension as Eccar's heart start to pound harder in his chest.
Krevak still have his hateful grin and his bloodied face twisted with malice and bloodlust, was a haunting image. Despite the devastation Eccar had inflicted Krevak stared back at him with a relentless, almost otherworldly determination.
Eccar clenched his fists, his mind racing.
"Krevak knows what I am. But is it just him? Or do they all know?"
The revelation churned uneasily in his thoughts. Krevak knew about the Dragonborn — and this "gods" Krevak spoke of is concerning. But who was this god, and what connection did they have to his kind? And how did he come here and meet him? Is this all planned or just part of a fate?
His instincts screamed that the answers lay before him. He needed to extract them from Krevak.
Taking a steady step forward, Eccar moved closer with expression guarded but resolute.
