Veronica got the news of Genesis waking up from coma and she rushed over as fast as she could in her car. After getting clearance she went to his room. There she noticed chelsea leaving Genesis and a nurse with food going in.
" I got the news that he's away, How is he? "
Veronica ask.
" See for yourself "
" You damn bitch ! did I ask you to bring me food ?! the worst part is you brought me this garbage, TAKE IT AND GET OUT !"
Genesis throw the entire tray at the nurse who runs out and run away.
" Is it that bad? "
Veronica ask.
" Yes, Genesis lashed out at anyone who tried to help him. The whole time I was checking him he has been giving me his devilish stare * sigh * the last time he was hospitalized here it was bad but this time it has gotten worst "
Chelsea said.
" It's understandable he was be upset, he lost his powers and that's the only thing that made him stand out as an Individual, is there anyway he might regain his powers "
Veronica ask with concern in her voice.
" I would be god if I could tell, I'll head back, you can check on him of you want but do so at your own peril "
Chelsea said as she walk away while bidding Veronica good luck. Veronica walked into Genesis room and he was laying back on the bed that was set an obtuse angle of 110 degree.
" Hey Genesis "
Veronica called out.

" Rude, I came here to see how your doing "

There was now an awkward silence between them. Genesis continue to look through the window while Veronica continue to squirm as she steal glimpses at him.
" Tell me what happened after I fell into a coma ?"
" Huh but You could have ask Chelsea about that "
" I need to hear it from you and don't tell me about the new S ranked, I don't want to here his name being mentioned "
Veronica started to explain what has happened after he went into a coma. She started with Misfit who was betrayed by discharge went into hiding. Their whereabouts are still unknown and their still fugitive wanted by the state.
The Justice X was aslo charged for committing treason again the state. They were all forced to give up their position as ranked Evolver but that didn't stop them. The last Veronica heard is that Accelerate is going back to school while Ultimate and the others are creating their own band of evolvers to help protect the world. After listening to Veronica explanation Genesis looked at the Television.
" Don't worry Genesis, I'm sure in the future you'll regain your powers and until then if there is anything you need don't be afraid to ask "
" Tch, what makes you think I need any help from you ?"
" You do, your just too afraid to ask for help, Plus I'm still indebted to you. I'll head back to work now, I'll see you later "
Veronica got up and left as she was down the hall she saw april carrying a serving tray with food on it. April was happily prancing down the hall way with a pikachu smile on her face until she noticed Verona.

They two stared at eachother until they both walked away. There was a rivalry between them about who can win Genesis heart first. April walked into his room smiling.
"Look what April brought, Yummy food, She's sure you'll enjoy it "
She place the serving tray before Genesis and he looked at it.
" Go on try it "
" Tch, why should I? "
When Genesis refused April started pouting. She was waiting for him to eat the food she made specifically for him which is soup. Genesis still noticed that her face was still swollen up as she look at him intensely
Genesis gave in to her demand and takes up the spoon. He takes up a spoon full and rise it to his mouth but after reaching halfway to his mouth genesis hand refused to go any further. Genesis was struggling to move his hand even further until eventually he ended up dropping the spoon back in on the serving tray.
" Sheesh, You know you can't do this on your own, that's why April's here? "
" I told you before I don't need your help "
He said, April got a bit made and put the spoon down.
" Fine them, April won't help you hmph.. stay there and feeling sorry for yourself, Let's see you do it then "
She said.

Genesis takes up the spoon again and the same result as before happened. His hand refused to go any further than where it was before and in the end Genesis dropped the spoon again.

Genesis turned his head to April who hold the spoon to his mouth. He look into her eyes and they were pure and full of love and when she laughed it was cheerful and filled with happiness. April was having an affect on him and he was too afraid to even admit it.

June was walking to Genesis room. The moment she saw april spoon feeding him, June quick hide behind the wall and looks at them both. She was very surprised, so suprised she rushed back over to Chelsea's office.
" Dr Chelsea ! "
" What is it June ?"
" Genesis and April, Come quickly "
"What did Genesis do to her? "
Chelsea and June runs to Genesis room but when they got at the door, June told Dr Chelsea to be silent. They snuck into the room and spied on the two of them .Chelsea was speechless to see that april was spoon feeding Genesis and he was eating without a hint of anger in his eyes. It was as if April managed to tame a wild tiger .This was a very touching moment, a moment so significant it has to be recorded in history.
Chelsea left the room with a happy expression on her face. She remembers back to the day Genesis powers when on a rampage and who's April was the only one capable of taming the beast. Chelsea knew there was a special connection between them, one that unbreakable.
"The show is over. let's leave those two alone and get back to work June "

Later that night.
April was sleeping in the sofa inside the hospital room while genesis was up watching TV. A rush of cold wind came into the room as Nightshade walked through the window.
" How are you my love? "
" Do not call me that, You aren't on friendly terms "

Nightshade ask as she sits on Genesis bed.

Nightshade was unsatisfied by his answer and she demanded to know the reason.
" I'm in a vegetated state, I need to recover as soon as I possibly can and I doubt this place of your have what it takes to bring me back to my feet... I've made my decision and if you don't like it, then you can get out of here "
Genesis said.
" Forgive me, I should have considered this and put your needs above mine.. Don't worry my love, I'll remain at yours and protect you with my life is needed "
Nightshade moved in to kiss genesis when he stopped her
