"70,000." I couldn't help but shout. How could it cost more to create the structure than to create gods? I knew why though but still it felt like a rip-off. Looking at the structure I raised the panel for its information looking through it. The first thing I glanced at was its name. Did I name it right? But considering what it did and what it would keep doing it sounded just right.

NAME: Pagoda: Heron's Tower of Countless Realities
CONSTRUCT TYPE: Nevermore, Neverfalls,
LOCATION: Mitawas
RANK: Divine Mythical
FUNCTION: Realm Doors
HIDDEN FUNCTION: Eye Of Erlezos
ABILITY: Untethered
RULE: Elusive, Timeless.
[REALM DOORS] -
A looming endless tower of doors leading to various realms, worlds existing and non-existent, pocket spaces and planes of realities.
[EYE OF ERLEZOS] -
The path to ????? was hidden in Heron's Tower. Only a few know of its existence and even they forget its location unless reminded by the creator.
(SUBUSE) - End"S Gaze. An ability not yet touched or tried by the created. Many powerful skills exist but one that even the creator refrains from is the End's Gaze.
[UNTETHERED] -
Its presence remains unbound to no specific plane of existence, dimension, or realm. Former split in all places and all locations. One but many.
[ELUSIVE] -
Unseen, unfound. Present but illusionary to those who lack the authority. Only a few have the access to Nevermore.
[TIMELESS] -
Existing outside the bounds of time or its weaves the Heron's Tower remains unaffected by the flow or change in events. Forever untouched.

Once I had gone through its information I sighed. It finally came to fruition. This solid looming massive piece of structure was everything I had seen it to be on my preview screen back then when I had designed it. Yet while it towered like a piece of the silver sword that was discarded. by a primordial titan huge enough to eviscerate everything it still wasn't the least bit impressive compared. to its functions.
While I had created it I was yet to activate it. My shock was seemingly from a large amount of divine energy capped just to create the tower. It was like creating a high-tech super suit without the power and already getting ripped off on a huge amount of expenditure.
Just the energy to power the remaining rules I had inscribed in it back then was a bother. If it had been runes or symbols it would be simpler but I just had to make things harder for me didn't I?
Back then when designing the tower, I had little to no idea how to get it working just a brief thought of what I wanted. So when I started writing the rules, Divine rules to be exact I made it simple back then.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
A/N: Check out chapter 47 for the idea of tower design.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Basically the most important rule I had set was that of Time. Making time flow at a pace of thirty-six hours because I always thought that folks needed more sleeping time. Then I set the dimensional subrule to twist the time rate in the different dimensions of my galaxy. Finally, though I had added the sub-rule to all planes and realities making each have a different time flow.
Yet that was the best I could do at the moment. Until now. While Velces beat the life out of my stars to forge weapons for everyone I focused on the Divine Rules intently.
What did I want and how did I want it? Divine rules were my governing aspects for the multiverse. A country's constitution but even more. It would affect how things happened here, from the control of spells to the bending of elements and time and everything.
But to make it simpler for my understanding and the rest, I simply created runes for each rule forming the Rule rune. The rule rune already had its code within it, depending on the rule rune all that was needed was powering it with divinity, soul essence for some, or mana or even other energy forms.
The rule runes encompassed everything within each of them, from elemental to none elemental based effects everything revolved around using a rule. If it was a flame rune attaching to it would give you access to the variables within the flame rule allowing you to control fire in whatever way you saw fit. Without the rule, it would be impossible. Though having an aspect that coincides with it would make your use more smooth and more powerful.
It was these same rules that I had engraved within the Heron's Tower. Each rule had a different effect or function and funnily there were thousands if not more of them. After all, what I aimed to create was something that would boost my multiverse.
Fortunately, I had also left everything to my inner voice to explain to the others in a form of system notifications. Alerting them to how things had been changed fundamentally. To people like Velces and the Heralds, it wasn't a big deal as they had yet to learn thorough spell use and could easily acclimate to a new way of learning.
Gerasmine and the Azkolves though had other problems since both groups had used spells already while it was harder for Gerasmine as she had stayed longer using them.
Fortunately, the information wasn't just shown but filled in their head as it had always been present giving them insight.
As for me, I focused on the next part of my plan after creating the colossus itself. Now was for the realms that each door would lead to. There would be a thousand of them and everyone would be important to the yet-to-be-born worlds as their existences would come to show their importance to them.
This tower was going to pave the way for countless realities to spring forth and also for other things. But first the most important thing.
Looking down at the several beings down below I felt bad. After all I had kept them hanging in the dark void of nothing for the longest time. Gerasmine had a home and I dragged her out here, granted she accepted but still she deserved better after Mama Tay. Then there was the Azkolves, ready to fight and impress me. Velces the first of my true creations could only gaze at the stars and lay on the stone slab. The heralds standing battle.ready while unable to do anythimg else.
No, we all needed a home. It had been a while since I lay my head. Even on Fiarin the best I had gotten was a tree as comfort.
Worlds would come later. What All-father was I letting myself and my first divine beings sleep outside. But I knew I needed more power to make things happen. With a sigh I could mentally shake my head. It felt like I had run for an hour yet remained in the same position. Stuck.

The anoint of divinity is higher or lower depending the rank of those lives in the multiverse.
